Misela Sehurina
Co-founder & CEO
Misela is co-founder and CEO of Braingency, and a hands-on engineer rather than a hands-off executive. Her primary stack is Ruby on Rails, and she personally designs system architecture and data models, builds and scales Rails applications, implements financial logic and automation pipelines, integrates banking, KYC, payment and AI services, and reviews all critical code.
She holds an MA in Development Education and Global Learning from the UCL Institute of Education and a BSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, with additional study at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is certified in Supervised Machine Learning (Regression and Classification).
Before Braingency she was CEO of Copy Brain, an AI content generation company, and spent over a decade as a mathematics lecturer alongside her engineering work. Her earlier career includes senior project management and managing director roles across IT and business consulting in Riga.
