About Braingency
Braingency is a software development company that builds business infrastructure — the systems companies run their operations on, rather than the websites they show to the public.
We work primarily with the financial sector: lending companies offering consumer credit, auto loans, leasing and mortgages. For these clients we design and build complete ERP and CRM platforms that cover the full lending cycle, and we develop machine learning models that make those processes measurably better. Alongside this core work, we build educational platforms, AI assistants and market analytics products.
From idea to scale, as the engineering function
We take products from idea to scale. That means we are involved in defining what should be built, designing the system architecture and data model, writing the code, taking the system into production, and continuing to develop it as the business grows. Our clients do not hand a specification to us and receive a black box back — we work as the engineering function of the business.
Every system we build is designed to handle growth, regulatory compliance, data integrity and operational efficiency. In lending, these are not optional qualities: a scoring engine that cannot be audited or a portfolio system that loses data is not a system at all.
An engineering discipline, not a research exercise
We treat machine learning as an engineering discipline rather than a research exercise. Our models are trained on our clients' real operational data, integrated directly into the systems that consume their output, and monitored in production.
A scoring model that lives inside the loan origination workflow and improves approval decisions is worth more than a more sophisticated model that never leaves a notebook.
